2. Our Services

Sell Emeralds UK provides emerald valuation and purchasing services. We buy emerald rings, loose emeralds, emerald earrings, and other emerald jewelry from individuals and businesses throughout the UK.

3. Valuation Process

  • All valuations are estimates based on information provided and market conditions
  • Valuations are free and non-binding
  • Final offers may differ from initial estimates after physical inspection
  • You are under no obligation to accept our offer
  • Offers are valid for 7 days from the date of issue

4. Seller Responsibilities

When selling emeralds to us, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the items
  • The items are not stolen or obtained through illegal means
  • You have the legal right to sell the items
  • All information provided is accurate and truthful
  • You are at least 18 years of age

5. Shipping and Insurance

For mail-in sales, we provide free insured shipping labels. Items are fully insured during transit. We are not responsible for items lost due to incorrect address information or failure to follow shipping instructions.

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment is processed within 24 hours of accepting our offer
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, cash (in-person), or cheque
  • Bank transfer is the fastest payment method
  • All payments are in GBP (British Pounds)

7. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, inability to verify ownership, or items that do not meet our purchasing criteria.

8. Return Policy

If you decline our offer, we will return your items fully insured at no cost to you. All sales are final once payment is accepted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sell Emeralds UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
